Corporate says they do not have the ability to refund us so they’ve sent it back to the hotel manager to make right. Called corporate no less than 5 times and have finally gotten the story that there was a second reservation in our name that we knew nothing about and this charge is because we did a no show. The hotel manager insists the balance is 0 so nothing he can do. After the stay we have a charge on our card. Got the confirmation email for a one night stay. This hotel will fraudulently make a duplicate reservation under your name and then charge you for a no show on a reservation they didn’t have authorization to make and never informed you of. Won't be back unless something is changed! …Ĭareful. The last time we stayed here was a few years back and there was no fee and the stay was MUCH better. The next day it was still not cleaned up! The new $5 parking fee is a rip off! There is nothing around to warrant a parking fee. There was some type of chocolate all over the floor in the elevator and lobby when we came back from being out.
